In December 2020, a young couple originating from Nigeria and Ghana moved from New York to San Antonio. Despite being in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, they took up the challenge of opening a West-African restaurant. The daily challenges of keeping Trices open are numerous but I must say, it has been a learning experience. There are social, cultural, personal, financial, and even political constraints.
